Goodbye from Dr. Barghouti
To my patients,
After practicing optometry for almost 30 years, I have decided to retire. It has been my honor and privilege to be your eye doctor. In many cases, I have served more than one generation of your family. Each of you has become a valued patient and many a friend. Thank you for making my professional time and ownership of Dr. Lena Barghouti-Afranji & Associates, P.C., next to LensCrafters, a most pleasant experience. The new owner is an amazing optometrist and very personable human being, Dr. Crystal Edison, whom I have selected from among the many doctors that I considered because I am convinced that she will carry on the tradition of high-quality service and care.
Crystal Edison, O.D. is a graduate of Pacific University College of Optometry. She has been practicing in both Washington and Oregon for over 8 years. Our community is fortunate to have her continue my work and service. I am confident that you will receive the highest quality of eye health care from her. Simply put, she can do the work with her skills of hand and heart that equal and exceed those I knew throughout my career.
Thank you for the years that you put your trust in me for your vision health care. I was grateful for having served you, your families, and friends. In return, I must express my appreciation for your trust that was translated into the phenomenal success of the practice. I am very confident that I am leaving you in the excellent hands of Dr. Edison for your continued eye health care. Please trust her and trust the rest of the staff as you’ve trusted me. I could not recommend anyone better, even if I wanted to.
Best wishes,
Dr. Lena Barghouti, O.D.
