Are there any no show or cancellation fees?
No Show Fee: We charge a no show fee of $25 per exam. Patients with outstanding no show fees will not be able to come in for an exam until that fee is paid. After three no shows a patient is no longer able to schedule an appointment. They will be seen on a walk-in basis only as long as their no show fees are paid. We reserve the right to waive these fees on a case by case basis.
Cancelation Fee: We mark an exam as a no show and charge a $25 fee if canceled within 4 hours of the appointment. If an appointment is canceled at least 4 hours before the appointment, then their are no cancellation fees.

Most eye exams take between 20-30 minutes. This makes it convenient to fit an eye exam into your busy day. Some exams may take longer depending on the complexity of the patient’s condition(s).
Do I need to have my eyes dilated?
At our clinic, we carefully assess each patient's needs, tailoring our approach to eye dilation on a case-by-case basis. We understand that your time is valuable, which is why we utilize state-of-the-art Optomap retinal imaging technology whenever possible, eliminating the need for dilation in many cases. However, in certain situations, we may recommend both procedures to ensure a comprehensive evaluation of your eye health.
